By using the site for any purpose, you hereby agree that you have read, understand and accept these terms. It is your responsibility to periodically check back here for the most recent terms of service, changes made within, or to it. All services provided by MidwestBargainHunter.com are subject to these terms as are members, guests, subscribers, viewers, browsers or any physical/virtual online individual or community.

Services: Certain service(s) hosted at MidwestBargainHunter.com are available to the general public and can be used for advertisement purposes such as classified ads, front page ads, etc. These service(s) may be paid or free at the time of entry or registration. By adding content (10a4) you agree that we reserve the right to at any time to change, modify, delete or remove the content whether paid or free, and that we reserve the right to display publicly, "feed" or otherwise display in any manner that we deem necessary or see fit.

(2a). Use: We occasionally review accounts, and will suspend any suspicious activity or account until further review. If your account has been suspended in error or there is a mistake, please contact us.

(2a1). Accounts: As a member, guest, subscriber, viewer, browser, agent or representative of a corporation or business entity, individual or community you hereby agree that by using the site for any purpose that you have taken the necessary steps to ensure that all content and information provided by you is fair, accurate and true. You agree fully and wholly, and expressly understand that MidwestBargainHunter.com shall and will not be liable to you for any damages whatsoever (15-15a / 16). You agree that your affiliation with MidwestBargainHunter.com is strictly by member or guest status and that you take full responsibility for the actions, content and information of you and your content. (2c). Other use: Any individual and/or entity that meets the requirements stated in section 8-8e / 4a (see section 8-8e / 4a) may proceed with registering an account. They may use the site and its features for any service(s) that can be accessed legally providing that the terms of service are fully and wholly agreed upon. This includes advertisement companies and companies that wish to place ads with us. By adding content (10a4) you agree that we reserve the right to at any time to change, modify, delete or remove the content whether paid or free, and that we reserve the right to display publicly, "feed" or otherwise display in any manner that we deem necessary or see fit.

What accounts will be suspended, terminated or banned?: Any account that is based solely upon web advertisement, money making schemes, PPC ads, pyramid type schemes, "link farming", link development and other accounts not for "legitimate" classified purposes will be banned immediately. Any breech in our terms of service can lead to account termination.

(4). Description of service(s): MidwestBargainHunter.com is a classified advertisement site. Services include, but are not limited to: classified ads, featured ads, advertisement, memberships, reviews, comment areas, ratings and other assorted member and guest services. We provide these service(s) "as-is" and assume no responsibility for user content, content, comments, opinions, personalized settings, uploaded images, delivery of content, timeliness of services, corruption of database, loss of information or content, user communications or any other content on the site. Content is regarded as "anything" published on our pages by members, users, and other individuals not associated with the site, other than by membership or public commenting or input of some type or means, etc. By using the site you agree to be subjected to, and occasionally view advertisements, affiliate links and/or images, promotional content, communications from site administrators, service announcements, messages and other items that you may not willingly "opt-out" of. You are responsible for all third party fees, such as internet service provider fees, connection fees, airtime fees, advertisement fees, etc.

(8). Membership & registration: In order to use some of the service(s) provided by MidwestBargainHunter.com you are required to register and establish an online account (membership). Members are and can be referred to as "members, account holders, registered users, established account holders" and other terms associated with having a username and password. All registered members are subject to the following terms unique to their role as "members".

(8a). As a member you represent and agree that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in the United States, and are not a person banned or barred from receiving services under the current laws of the United States or other area of relevant or applicable jurisdiction. (8b). As a member you will receive a password and member area upon completing registration. You are responsible for your own password and account, username, etc. You are fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password and/or account. You agree to immediately notify site owner(s) and/or administrator(s) of any unauthorized access or use of your password and/or account or any other breach in or of security. You agree that you are responsible for "logging out", or ending the session at the end of each use of the site. MidwestBargainHunter.com, its owner(s) and administrator(s) will not be held liable for any damages arising from your failure to agree with or comply with these sections 1-20. You agree that your account and member status is solely yours and non-transferable and any rights to your username and/or password, account information or content contained within or under your account terminate upon your death or with a signed and notarized letter sent via certified mail. Your account may be terminated upon receipt of an account termination form. Members wishing such an account termination should understand that all content provided by them under their account, password or username may (or may not be, at our discretion) be deleted permanently.

You agree that MidwestBargainHunter.com, its owner(s) and/or administrator(s) may terminate your account or membership status without prior notice along with any associated email address, username, passwords, content and/or access regardless of any monies transferred to us by you or another guest, member or account holder. Termination of your account (stemming from negligence) includes removal of access to all services, removal of content, banning of future use, etc. You agree that all account terminations are made in or by our sole discretion and that we are not be liable to you or any third-party for any account termination fees, processes or further actions.

(8d). We as owner(s) and/or administrator(s) reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or delete or edit content, cancel orders and check or verify credentials in or by our discretion. Furthermore, if you are under age 18 you may not access any area of the site.

(8e). Age criteria and requirement(s): You must be at least 18 of age to access and view MoStateBusinesss.com.

(9). Member and guest services: Member services are described as any service provided by MidwestBargainHunter.com that is required of an account. (see section 8-8d). Guest and visitor services are described as any service that may be obtained without a registered account. (see section 6). Services include (public and private) classified advertisement site. Services include, but are not limited to: classified ads, featured ads, advertisement, memberships, reviews, comment areas, ratings and other assorted member and guest services. (see section 4).

(9a). Some of the services provided are free to the general public and/or guests. Some services are "paid" as a member and as a guest, it is your responsibility to read all the information provided regarding a service, product or feature so that you may understand and know which features are free and which are not. We are not responsible for any fees that you may incur and/or acquire through your membership with us at any time. You are responsible for any third party fees or charges that you incur, upon or related to arrival at our site location or url.

(9b). Modification, status change and/or fees for service(s): You agree that at any time with or without notification that MidwestBargainHunter.com reserves the right to modify, change, delete, move, add to or implement additional service(s), product(s), fees and any or all data and representation regarding the site, any or all of its features.

(10). Public member information (see also section 7-7a): As a member of MidwestBargainHunter.com, there is certain information that you must provide to us in order to maintain your membership status. This information is recorded by us for the purpose of maintaining contact with you as a member. Email address, name (or username), passwords and other items recorded by us are generally used under your account for identification and contact purposes only. MidwestBargainHunter.com, its owner(s), administrator(s), partner(s), affiliate(s), agent(s), any or all other partner(s) and employees are not responsible for any content provided by these parties, members and/or guests. This information and/or content includes, but is not limited to: Links, images, advertising, products, statements, promises, goods or services, other website(s), site resource(s) and any or all other materials provided. MidwestBargainHunter.com does not take control of, nor authority or rights to any exclusive, perpetual, sublicensable copyright or trademark. By adding content (10a4) you agree that we reserve the right to at any time to change, modify, delete or remove the content whether paid or free, and that we reserve the right to display publicly, "feed" or otherwise display in any manner that we deem necessary or see fit.

(12). Ads: All ads run 60 days to one year depending on the content type available.

(13). Content and information, ads: Offensive content posted on the site will be removed immediately and your account may be suspended.

(14). Member and Guest conduct: As a member or guest of MidwestBargainHunter.com, you are solely responsible for your own personal and social conduct and/or behavior. Any consequence that results from any circumstance for not following the below guidelines is your sole and personal responsibility. By using the site for any purpose you agree to the following guidelines.

(14a). You may not under any circumstances commit or attempt to commit any of the following acts (14a1-14a12) upon any person member, guest or site owner, administrator or affiliate:

(14a1). Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, terrorize, defame, sexually harass, slander or otherwise menace in any way that is threatening and/or inappropriate.

(14a2). Personal attacks, organized (community) attacks or any other threatening activity towards a member, guest, owner(s) or administrator(s).

(14a3). Posting of pornography or other sexually explicit images, videos or content. Explicit by (our) definition is frontal nudity, and/or content that is deemed sexually revealing in nature and otherwise inappropriate for/by the general public.

(14a4). Posting of content that promotes illegal activity, hatred, pyramid schemes, "ponzi" type schemes, advertisements, spam, junk mail. PPC ads, warez or torrent material or any other form(s) of commercial solicitation(s) or illegal actions.

(14a5). Posting of fraudulent material(s).

(14a6). Posting of content that is trademarked, infringes on any copyright, patent, trade secret or other proprietary right(s) of any party.

(14a7). Posting of content that implies or suggests that MidwestBargainHunter.com is affiliated with or involved in any way.

(14a8). Inappropriate and/or illegal collection of member or guest information.

(14a9). Inappropriate usernames and/or content titles.

(14a10). Impersonation of another person, member or guest.

(14a11). Posting of or transmission(s) of any worms, viruses, trojan horses or any programs, embedded objects or other "harmful or damaging" items or content.

(14a12). Posting of content or engaging in activities that may in any way jeopardize the function, appeal, look, actions, membership and/or guest access, overall feel, content display and legal right(s) of the site MidwestBargainHunter.com.

(15). Liability: By using the site for any purpose you agree that you fully, wholly and expressly understand that MidwestBargainHunter.com shall and will not be liable to you for any damages whatsoever including but not limited to damages that are direct, indirect, intentional, unintentional, incidental, containing special circumstances, third party, exemplary and/or consequential. These include but are not limited to damages for the following: goodwill, loss of profits, loss of time, usage, use, all data and other personal information, confidential information, company or business related losses. Damages included are results, or resulting from any and all usage of the service(s), lack of ability to use or access the service(s), cost(s) of goods and service(s) received and/or promoted, affiliate(s) sales and procedures, data handling and/or transmission, information from members and guests, information about members and/or guests, purchased service(s), all site transactions, transactions from third parties including other sites, unauthorized access to member or guest accounts and/or information, site alteration (whether intentional or unintentional), alteration to any and all content or data, site comments and/or statements, site owner(s) or administrator(s) conduct, member or guest conduct and/or content, any and all site advertisements, third party statements or activities, site business members or advertisers that include statements or promises regarding their product(s) service(s) and content, alteration through any deviant means or source. No limitations shall be set forth regarding these liabilities and the examples covered above. Every and all service(s), product(s), owner(s) and entities (excluding members and guests) related to the site are exempt from liability fully and wholly.
